CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST GERMAN SPEAKER
The International Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience across the designated area, with primary focus on EEMEAI Distributors. This person will work cross functionally with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of goods to customers (distributors worldwide) ensuring high standards of service.
Permanent contact with departments involved in the export process to ensure the level of service required. This involves handling of orders, resolve complaints, entering customer (dealers) information onto the system, answering customers’ questions by phone or e-mail, create reports, delivery information or documentation, providing information about a product (availability of products, delivery details, delivery time, etc) and have a proactivity attitude with our internal and external customers.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Proficiency required) and German Native
- Highly recommendable some sort of commercial/selling experience
- Bachelor of Health Sciences
